By accessing this website or booking a service, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

This website offers creative production services, including photography, videography, and structured content packages. All services are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed once payment of the required deposit has been successfully processed.

2. Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking date. The remaining balance (if applicable) is due as agreed prior to or on the day of the shoot. Deposits secure time, preparation, and production scheduling. In the event of rescheduling, reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate a new date, subject to availability.

3. Cancellations

If a client cancels a confirmed booking, the deposit is non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances (e.g., severe weather, force majeure), alternative arrangements may be discussed.

4. Intellectual Property

All content produced remains the intellectual property of Jamie Sanchez Hearn unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a usage licence for agreed marketing and promotional purposes once full payment has been received. Content may not be resold, sub-licensed, or altered beyond agreed usage without written consent.

5. Website Content

All text, visuals, branding, and design elements on this website are protected by copyright and may not be copied or reused without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to deliver services professionally and reliably, liability is limited to the value of the services purchased. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
